Product Manager needed to own, specify and launch a Social Collaboration application as well as take ownership of a current suite of Mobile platforms.
The Social Collaboration application will be a consumer facing application that allows employees and jobseekers to share fantastic career opportunities with their social and business networks at the click of a button and as such is the future of Talent Acquisition.
The Product Manager will:
*Own the Social Collaboration product (currently Greenfield)
*Directly own the market product roadmap
*Manage a product owner who will own the technical roadmap
*Own the Mobile product portfolio and drive integration to a Cloud offering
*Drive the product roadmaps by championing the User Experience
The Product Manager must have a B2C product management background and be passionate about creating a great user experience. The Product Manager will have a proven record delivering fantastic products to market and ideally have experience with mobile applications; any experience of B2B or Talent Acquisition and Management would be helpful but is not a prerequisite.
The Product Manager should have an interest in User Centric Design as the next generation of product development will be driven by analytics and user behaviour.
