Product Manager - Digital Optimisation
£45k - £55k per annum
Our client is a leading brand in the consumer financial services and data space, and is currently seeking a Product Manager in Digital Optimisation with an excellent background in targeting, A/B testing, and multivariate website testing. You will have experience in managing a testing and targeting road-map, communicating results across a business in order to present business cases and really make a positive impact on the online customer experience.
About the role:
The Product Manager - Digital Optimisation will bring to life the vision of producing best-in-class customer experience. You will work towards this through constant iteration and improvement to the membership area of the website with end to end customer experience optimisation as the main goal.
Working within the Product Optimisation Team, focused on D2C online propositions and services, you will work closely with the Head of Product Optimisation to develop and coordinate a personalisation programme for the website, which you will carry out through website testing.
You will have complete ownership of the website testing strategy for the membership area of product websites. You will develop an intimate knowledge of the customer base, what they want from a product, how they use the website and how to optimise the online journey to create a great customer experience. You will need strong understanding of the statistical significance of planned tests in order to build an effective road-map, judge test results, plan future tests and influence long term projects and changes to the website/product.
-Management of product optimisation road-map and responsibility for ensuring tests go live on time.
-Managing and implementing targeting strategy.
-Content creation and ideation.
-Building and managing an analytics dashboard.
-Ideally educated to degree level or equivalent to a high standard, or will have equivalent work experience and achievement in web based design.
-Experienced in managing an optimisation programme, managing multivariate and online testing.
-Experienced in using online optimisation tools, such as Adobe Target.
Experience with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
