The company is looking for a Product Manager to own the Payments Product range looking after all relevant market and competitor research to ensure you are at the forefront of industry changes. You will work closely with their card processing suppliers to maximise value and customer experience and also alongside the Operations Manager to optimise processes to reduce timelines and provide great customer experience.
Working with the Product Director and members of the wider team, you will develop, articulate and gain approval for the Payments product strategy ensuring business and brand strategy fit and evolve as customer and business requirements change. You will develop, gain approval for the rolling Payment product roadmap, prioritise product enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and financial performance and socialise with key internal and external stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a few years hands-on Product Management experience and be looking to take on a fresh new challenge, have previous experience in Fintech, Card Processing, Merchant Solutions or Banking would be preferred. This role will fit a hungry graduate (or education equivalent) who wants to forge a career in Product Management
