Product Marketing Manager - Digital Media/Technology - London

£50 to £60k basic + 20% bonus + flex benefits + meals + massages

My client, an award-winning global Advertising and Technology company is looking for a Product Marketing Manager, you will be help define the product vision as well as developing positioning, messaging and go-to-market strategy for our strategic brand/platform offerings.
They are looking for someone passionate about technology and digital media to join them in developing state-of-the art solutions for brand / platform marketers.
Company’s Brand/Platform is a disruptive advertising platform designed to increase engagement and deliver true brand/platform impact across all digital media touchpoints including Display, Video, Mobile and Social.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital advertising as well as a firm understanding of brand/platform marketing tactics and KPIs.
Candidate must have the ability to translate complex capabilities into clear value-based positioning statements and lead successful go-to-market programs within a rapidly changing market environment.

DUTIES

Product vision and strategy: Develop product vision, strategy and messaging (media messaging mix) that clearly articulate and differentiates our offerings in the market. This will include development of pricing and promotion strategy
Training: Create internal training programs that describe the positioning, value proposition, capabilities, sales strategies and other best practices for our products & solutions
Sales support: Support the Sales teams with a robust sales kit including presentation, one pager, talking points, FAQs and related collateral
Market analysis: Lead competitive intelligence and analysis, including win-loss, competitive positioning, and SWOT analyses. Understand market needs and produce battle cards and evidence to support
Collaboration: Support product strategy and roadmap development for the business marketing solutions, collaborating with the Product Management, Sales, and Marketing teams to drive brand revenue growth
Thought leadership: evangelize our products, solutions, best practices and point of view to our customers via marketing events, webinars and other external communications channels
KPI: A key KPI of this role will be revenue growth and product profitability

SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES

Bachelor's degree or equivalent
5+ years of experience in Product Marketing
Experience in developing packaging and positioning for high impact branding/platform products
Outstanding communication skills, and in particular the ability to convert complex ideas and quantitative data into simple messages
Ability to solicit and synthesize customer and market feedback for actionable recommendations on positioning, messaging, and product development
Creative flair to bring fresh ideas into product positioning and marketing campaigns
Proven ability to participate in and influence cross-functional teams
Strong comprehension of brand/platform marketer objectives, how success is measured
Experience analyzing product, customer, market dynamics and opportunities
Proven GTM expertise
Strong understanding of the digital ad ecosystem, emerging technologies, and pricing models
Exceptional written and verbal skills with meticulous attention to detail
Experience of working in a matrix environment collaborating with International markets and Global Product teams
