We have an exciting opportunity for a Product Owner NEOCRM Tools & 1:1 Engagement Manager to join our team based in Milton Keynes.

We are developing a CRM solution (NEOCRM) that combines the best technologies from the areas of Data science, machine learning and AI alongside the transactional systems and significant data repositories already in place.

The Product Owner is responsible for defining and implementing user journeys to solve meaningful business and customer problems, through the CRM. This includes the decisions about what gets delivered and influences every aspect of how it looks, functions, gets built and is launched. The Product Owner is the glue that binds the many factors that touch a product – use case, design, user experience, development, and implementation, and critically how the product is utilised in practice and the outcomes.

The Product Owner will also lead a cross functional agile team responsible for the development of new 1:1 engagement programmes (e.g. email, DM, SMS, Digital etc.). Advance analytics will be used to define the target audience, develop customer personas and ultimately inform personalised contact strategies designed to influence customer behaviour.

As a Product Owner NEOCRM Tools & 1:1 Engagement Manager your main responsibilities will be

* Passionate leadership of an agile team fostering innovative thinking and customer centric decision making.

* To lead as a strong contributor to the analytical resources/capability of the team, works closely with all parts of the business ensuring the department objectives are achieved efficiently and effectively in alignment to our strategic objectives.

* Providing subject matter expertise and information to the business, using sound knowledge within Customer Relationship Management, Behavioural Economics, Data Science, Digital Marketing or UX.

* Managing/developing relationships with key internal stakeholders and acts a contributor to key functional projects.

* To undertake projects/assignments and ensures compliance with legal and regulatory requirements to support our competitive position and shareholder value.

* Responsible for the development and motivation of team or supporting the wider team of colleagues.

Minimum skills and experience required

* Suitable experience with knowledge of application of Agile and Incremental software development techniques and awareness of CRM tools and how they are utilised to achieve business objectives. Additionally a track record of using analytics to make customer centric, fact based decisions.

* Experience of developing personalised x-channel 1:1 engagement programmes.

* Understands the digital climate and the opportunities this creates to ensure we remain relevant for our customers.

* Ability to improve existing end to end processes and ways of working, including the adoption and operation of Agile Ceremonies. Experience in working alongside technical & specialist teams with the ability to translate the business requirement to the developers.

* Experience in producing and presenting recommendations and discussing alternatives with senior stakeholders. Ability to tailor communication and leadership style to manage or influence colleagues.
