This is a key hire for Kindred as not only will you get a chance to define the strategy and own the platforms for our programmatic advertising, you'll also be supervising a couple of team members, providing guidance and motivation.
As a Programmatic Team Lead you will be leading on the implementation of a world class digital advertising strategy through programmatic display activities. You 'll manage a team of specialistsand work with people who have great knowledge when it comes to digital advertising. You will be able to offer your insight and implement according to best practices in media as well as in an iGaming business.
What will you be doing?
Enhance the performance and build on the current programmatic trading desk, create a clear team structure and succession plans for development of the activities and team.
Develop programmatic strategies for different brands and markets
Work with head of departments, country managers and marketing managers to grow revenue and achieve digital (programmatic) targets
Oversee the reporting and analysis across the programmatic offering to deliver better ROI
Have the ability to optimise campaigns, analyse the statistics and to educate marketing managers on the best performing areas/audiences across the brands
Have the ability to clearly communicate how programmatic activities drive business needs
Own the tech radar for programmatic related tools and innovation
Work closely with the Marketing Intelligence team to leverage technology platforms, tools and web analytics to drive campaign efficiency and performance
Work closely with other on-demand channels like PPC and Paid Social advertising to leverage channel synergies in a competitive landscape
Educate key stakeholders on programmatic display capabilities, best practices and important technologies
