We're looking for a highly motivated, driven Project Coordinator or Operations Executive with existing operations or project management experience either from an internship or a full time commercial role. This is a fantastic opportunity to further your career by working in a brand new role for an exciting, big name food brand. The role.

The right Project Coordinator or Operations Executive will play a pivotal part in the management of various stakeholders, analysing simple data and forecasts and most importantly the scheduling and reporting on important internal processes for the company. You will use your logistical and organisational skills to help manage, optimise and deliver on company targets. You will be an intelligent, hands-on communicator who will be liaising with key internal stakeholders on a regular basis.

 The experience we need.

  • 12 months+ within a similar operations executive or project executive position, ideally having had some experience with data analyisis / reporting on trends and scheduling
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence all types of stakeholders
  • Excellent attention to details with the ability to pick up new IT systems quickly
  • Effective project and budget management skills
  • Experience managing workflow to tight deadlines
  • Personable, creative, dynamic, reliable and confident in managing your own workload
