One of the UK's leading IT training providers requires two Pursuit Managers who will lead all aspects of major complex tender responses in order to maximise win rate. Responsibilities will include:

  • Provision of strategic advice, coaching and constructive challenge to SMEs and Sales on individual strategic bids.
  • Promotion of the firm's bid methodology and coaching to all levels of staff on bid best practice and winning behaviours.
  • Working with the SMEs and Sales team to ensure correct level of focus and support is provided to strategic bids and escalating any issues that will impact success.
  • Ensuring strategic bids are managed and delivered effectively and efficiently.

The ideal candidates will be energetic and enthusiastic team players who are well organised and methodical, with a keen eye for detail in addition to excellent communication skills both written and verbal. A proven track record of working under pressure and to tight deadlines is a prerequisite of the role, whilst previous experience of leading Bid Teams through the full bid cycle is also essential.
