My client is looking for an ambitious and driven client relationship manager to join their growing and successful team. Working across a wide range of retail client accounts, you'll be responsible for growing and developing the portfolio whilst proactively managing the profit and loss. You'll be working across different departments to improve efficiencies and reduce costs as well as working with the risk team to monitor financial health. Managing pricing and profitability models will also be part of your daily responsibilities. You'll need to be determined to drive continuous business improvements and determined to ensure business goals are met. The ability to develop relationships and influence both face to face and over the phone are a given.
You'll be office based in Leeds a minimum of 2-3 days per week, with some time spent out in the field.
What We're Looking For:
To be considered you'll need to have experience in a similar client management role within a business to business environment with a proven track record of retaining and growing a portfolio of clients. Experience in consumer finance would be advantageous but is not essential. You'll need to have strong negotiation skills, be a strong project manager and have an understanding of the sales and marketing process with exposure to financial modelling. A strong commercial acumen and the ability to meet KPIs and financial targets are essential.
