This is an exciting role in a dynamic and expanding business where you will hold responsibility for devising and implementing multi-channel campaigns that engage, inform, and drive membership acquisition and retention. You should have significant relationship management or brand management experience within the retail sector and a proven track record of project management and delivery of results in a marketing environment.

Responsibilities include:
  • Devising and implementing multi-channel campaigns for chain partners including: e-mail, SMS, Social Media, with responsibility to organise, deliver, and report on ROI
  • Align marketing activity with key partner strategy
  • Identify opportunities across key partner chains to drive membership growth
  • Using a combination of owned, earned, and bought media, you will help construct stand out campaigns that inspire and engage new and existing members
  • Tracking and reporting on the commercial value of managed projects, allocating time, internal / agency resources, and costing proposals appropriately
