Research & Insight Manager
c.£45,000 + car allowance
This is a real "hands on" role within a very dynamic, fast paced FMCG food manufacturer. Hitting the ground running, you will champion the analysis & interpretation of continuous market research information, providing insight & knowledge across the business, especially to the Strategy Development team. You will also have responsibility for the production of customer data reports, as well as producing category rationales for marketing initiatives, including innovation. The Research & Insight Manager will sit within a lively, energetic team who are looking for someone to help drive future category growth.
Our Ideal Candidate
You could already be a Research & Insight Manager looking for a new category challenge. Or perhaps you are from one of the continuous agencies looking for a move client side. Either way, you will have extensive knowledge of continuous market research data, specifically Purchase Panel &/or Retail Measurement. Your analytical skills will be first class & you will have proven interpretative skills, with the ability to turn data into insight. You must be a team player & someone happy to speak up & challenge current thinking across the business.
