This role sits in the customer experience team along with 3 other Insight managers and brand strategy managers. As an experienced research & Insight expert this role will play pivotal role in helping the business build and deliver it’s extensive customer experience initiatives. The team already has great reputation and buy-in for the research and insight through-out the company, UK and worldwide. 

They are looking for someone who is confident and experienced at managing and designing ad hoc quantitative research and some experience of overseeing qualitative research would be desirable.

This role could involve an array of activities and so no day will be the same. The research, Insight and strategy initiatives that this role will manage could span across customer experience, employee satisfaction, Brand research, communication research and whole range of other ad hoc customer and consumer insight programs.

What’s needed for this role is someone who loves collaboration, presenting and relishes driving through positive change in an organization. You’ll also need to show can engage and persuade other through strong rapport building and stakeholder management skills.

EXPERIENCE:

  • An established background in managing ad hoc quantitative market research
  • Some experience managing qualitative research would be ideal but not essential.
  • Experience in client side or agency experience in leisure, retail, consumer, gaming, media, technology or finance or related sectors
  • Experience presenting insight recommendation and exposure to influencing senior stakeholders.
  • You should live in the UK, already have legal right to work here and some experience of working with UK markets/clients.

SALARY – £40,000 - £55,000 basic
