A unique opportunity has arisen for a Research Manager to move into the dynamic and exciting world of customer, employee and stakeholder research. Partnering with leading firms across various sectors (automotive, construction, retail, manufacturing), your role will be varied and fast-paced, based with an agency with a strong reputation in their areas of expertise and a 25-year history.
Working on range of projects, you will be evaluating topics such as how companies can tackle employee disengagement and improve productivity and how organisations can maintain high levels of customer service. With the high volume of work that this agency produces, you will become very confident having a heavy input into the end to end research process and have ample opportunity to develop excellent client management and presentation skills.
For this role, a quantitative specialist would be ideal although mixed methods researchers will also be considered. This opportunity will also offer you extensive international exposure across a broad range of markets so an interest in travel would be a distinct advantage.
