This top media intelligence consultancy is a market leader in providing its clients with the most informative and advanced solutions to their business challenges, and it's now looking to recruit new talent to join its insights and development team.
As a Research Manager, you will lead and manage complex projects, using both quantitative and qualitative methodologies, whilst also developing innovative analysis and research methods to provide your clients with the most effective recommendations. You will play a pivotal role within the team, focusing on studies for both existing and prospective clients and working closely with the reputation insights team. Media analysis, from a variety of social media sources, will be a key part of this role and you will be able to draw the most useful and compelling conclusions, identifying trends and patterns and cross-referencing them. You will liaise with your clients daily and build strong and long-lasting relationships with them, whilst also delivering engaging and captivating solutions, reports and presentations.
To qualify for this role, you will have solid experience of media research tools (such as Factiva, Lexis Nexis, Google Analytics, Radian 6 and Brandwatch) and advanced Excel skills.
