At this level, you won't be pigeon holed working on one particular client or sector - and there will be the opportunity to work across projects that encompass broad qualitative approaches, making the most of your research and consultancy skills. You'll certainly excel when it comes to identifying key insights that positively contribute towards business solutions, and have a flare for presenting visually engaging and impactful presentations. Excellent client relationship management skills are essential and you won't be afraid to challenge their thinking.
