Retail is the largest area within William Hill with around 12,200 colleagues, meaning our retail business is incredibly important to us. We’re now looking for a Marketing Manager to help us get that message out there.
Joining us in our hub, in Leeds city-centre, you’ll be working with the 'Head of' to create and implement the marketing strategy in line with the sporting calendar, and working in sync with the Sportsbook Marketing Manager to ensure collaborative campaigns. We’d like you to drive a culture of data driven decisions and ensure that our all-important customers are at the heart of all that we do.
Working within our Retail Marketing team you will be delivering all OTC Campaigns as well as being responsible for ensuring creative and content is relevant. Supporting best practice at all times, as you will also be helping to manage and coach some of our less experienced members of the team.
We’d like it if you could show us you understand the full marketing mix and that you have a keen eye for on-brand creative and design. Given the pace of what we do here, we’d hope that you are used to working in fast paced environments. We are always looking at how to be better at William Hill, so we’d like you to have the confidence to challenge us and make decisions when required.
