This highly successful membership body is looking for a an experience Retention Marketing Executive to join them in a new role as a result of progression.

Duties for the Retention Marketing Executive

  • Working with the Retention Marketing Manager to implement the Retention Marketing Plan ensuring it delivers an increase in member retention and improved lifetime member value
  • Working across the Marketing team and wider organisation to support the development of marketing campaigns which improve member perception of the organisations membership value.
  • Becoming a ‘member expert’ understanding the key drivers of member value and satisfaction and supporting the communication of these across the organisation.
  • Working with the Retention Marketing Manager to collate, report and provide insight on key member and retention metrics.
  • Supporting the Retention Marketing Manager in the implementation of the member audience segmentation model.
  • To support the wider marketing team as it implements member engagement plans utilising all available channels.
  • Working with the Retention Marketing Manager to create, manage and distribute the retention key metrics dashboard.
  • Managing the key competitor intelligence database ensuring that all relevant data is collected and kept up to date.
  • Working with the Retention Marketing Manager to develop a full member feedback and monitoring process across all member touch points.
  • To support the implementation of the organisations multi-media members’ communication calendar.
  • Working with the Retention Marketing Manager to report on all campaigns.
  • Working with both the Retention Marketing Manager and Email Marketing Executive to support the development of email campaigns.
  • Working with the Email Marketing Executive and Retention Marketing Manager to create and develop core member journey’s which increase member value, satisfaction, and renewal rates with a particular focus on members in the first three years of membership.
The ideal Retention Marketing Executive will come from a similar role and ideally have some experience of loyalty, retention or engagement marketing. Excellent long term opportunities exist as the company has a policy of promoting from within.
