The Senior Manager - Rewards & Partnerships Services is responsible for the strategic development, ongoing management and maintenance of the total rewards range and offering available across all client programs. Liaising with the Client, Client Services team and partners and suppliers, you will be responsible for identifying, developing and managing compelling rewards and partnerships across the client programs to meet objectives.

Duties will include:

  • Developing a deep understanding of the clients' loyalty program strategies and business objectives to participate in the development and execution of client rewards strategy.
  • Develop key strategic supplier and partner relationships that provide value, compelling rewards and innovation to consistently meet client strategy and objectives (including contract negotiations and renewals)
  • Serving as the day-to-day lead client contact (via client services teams) for all rewards related matters, ensure the service provided to clients is aligned to contracted scope and more

To be successful you will have:

  • Experience in sourcing and contract negotiation, with a network of existing vendor/brand relationships and experience working with 3rd Party service providers
  • Demonstrable experience of developing and maintaining professional and effective supplier and partner relationships
  • Experience of working in an operational environment with SLAs to manage, with the ability to manage processes and stakeholders to a schedule
