Job Title: Sales Administrator/Support

Based: Bristol, BS3

Salary: £16,000 - £18,000 Pro-rata, training & holiday pay

Hours: 9am-5pm Monday-Friday (1/2 hour lunch)

Job Type: Temp to Perm Role

Job Role:

The company are a street furniture manufacturer based in Ashton Bristol. They are looking to recruit a sales administrator to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a keen eye for detail, excellent customer service skills & excellent administrative skills, if you have any sales or marketing experience this would be beneficial.

Duties of the Sales Administrator include, but will not be limited to: -

  • Answering customer emails and queries over the telephone
  • Liaising with the workshop about orders that are ready to send out & keeping a record of job dates to ship
  • Raising customer invoices on Sage, delivery notes & loading onto sage supplier invoices
  • Typing up customer orders
  • Re-ordering stocks as required
  • Emailing customers about payment dates & keeping good control on late payments
  • Organising deliveries
  • Keeping customer records updated
  • Providing after sales support
  • All other administrative tasks on an ad-hoc basis including filing, data input & marketing emails.
