About Us

APCOA Parking UK is now the UK's leading provider of tailored parking solutions with an established presence in Europe, managing 1.3 million parking spaces, across 12 countries and approximately 4,300 employees.

The focus of the Role

You will be working part of the wider APCOA Commercial team, to proactively drive and administer car parking sales through the APCOA website and other electronic routes to market. The role will support season ticket sales and pre-booking sales through a number of key contracts in the UK ensuring the business delivers its revenue targets; whilst offering a seamless and robust service for the customer.

What you'll do

Responsible for all content on the APCOA website

Work with 3rd party providers to use the car park finder tool as a way of populating industry wide applications and satellite navigation devices

Develop landing pages for all car parks ensuring high levels of conversion for all marketing campaigns

Work with the E-Commerce Manager to develop a strategy for the successful expansion and growth of the website so it is recognised as a best in class solution

Support the launch of an on line season ticket sales portal

Improve and enhance the portal to the benefit of APCOA customers, and financial benefit of APCOA

Encourage renewals of season tickets through active and positive promotion

Work with operations to deliver short term targeted marketing promotions to support revenue and customer growth initiatives in their car parks

Contribute to local and national sales, marketing and pricing projects

Manage the production of all above the line marketing materials, including leaflets, posters, flyers etc in partnership with operation

Manage APCOA's attendance, and sales and marketing strategies at various trade exhibitions

Manage profitable PPC activity across all APCOA business sectors through all relevant search engines demonstrating ROI at all times

Contribute to and to develop marketing plans and strategies

Support the role out and customer education process of APCOA Cashless Parking Service

Design instructional and marketing signage for Cashless parking and other services

Work with the bid team as and when required to support the submission of all tender materials and develop a marketing approach to ensure APCOA submissions demonstrate our business in the best possible light

What you'll bring

Degree qualification or equivalent in relevant discipline such as Marketing or Business Management

Sales and Marketing experience, preferably in a B2C role

Experience of managing and monitoring PPC & SEO campaigns and their performance

Experience in managing sms and/or e-mail marketing campaigns and monitoring results

Sound financial and analytical skills

Strong communicator and able to build relationships at all levels

Ability to present and liaise with senior management both internally and externally

Superb oral and written communicator

Self-motivated, pro-active nature

Flexible in approach and able to absorb new ideas

What we'll offer you

Salary £35,000 per annum

Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm (5pm on a Friday)
