I am currently recruiting a Sales coordinator for my multi-million turnover Facilities Management client in Leeds, do you have what it takes to join an established team?

My client currently has in excess of 70,000 employee's in over 400 offices worldwide. In the UK alone their turnover is £333.4 million for the year ending 2014. Their consistent annual growth is founded on delivering above and beyond the clients expectations.

Description

The main feature of this role will be to offer support for the Business Development Manager & BUD. The role is anticipated to be a support function, however proactive sales input and ownership in terms of developing best practice and opportunity targeting is mandatory.

Responsibilities:

  • Targeting new opportunities
  • Weekly OJEU reviews, WEB affiliates, agreed targets
  • PQQ Document preparation
  • Initial drafts
  • Prep of local networked opportunities
  • Acting as first POC for all "cold" enquiries to the Business Development Director
  • Tender documents, pipeline planning
  • Bid writing
  • Working alongside the Business Development Manager and marketing teams
  • Pre-issue documentation for review and standardisation
  • Maintenance of client standards, proposals
  • In put to the new business mobilisation
  • Co-ordinating internal sales training
  • Managing sales reporting

Business Unit Functions:

  • Providing admin support
  • Day to day admin duties
  • Updating and maintaining the central contract filing
  • Maintenance of the BDM diary
  • Co-ordinating team and contract review meetings
  • Arranging training courses

Profile

  • The successful candidate must be:
  • IT literate - Word, Power point, Excel
  • Strong sales background or marketing
  • Experience of bid/tender writing
  • Flexible to work outside of core office hours
  • Creative
