As Sales Support Manager, you will offer valuable support to the Sales function and towards winning new marketing clients for the UK and EMEA Region. You will own the sales support process, ensuring the correct scoping, pricing and solution design of all sales opportunities meet client needs.

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY….

Project managing all aspects of the pre-sales support process

Managing all documentation completion (e.g. presentation deck, pricing sheets, assumptions log, scoping documents)

You will be the editor-in-chief with regards to RFPs, showing the ability to not only understand requirements but also weave the story.

Supporting the overall solution design and quality control for a solution, ensuring that it correctly meets the client needs

Supporting delivering any Proof of Concept (PoC) work done

Providing support to the Client Services and Sales Team in all contract negotiations

Working with management to create and communicate benchmark reports on Pre-Sales performance

Identifying opportunities to improve EMEA Region sales success

Partnering with peers in the US to leverage support / information / documentation / resources

You are a Team player with the ability to build internal and external relationships and to collaborate closely with others and have solid project management skills.  You have a great ability to communicate, verbal and written, with people at all levels and across all business functions.  You are numerate, analytical and highly organised with excellent attention to detail and above all you are a dependable self-starter with energy and a positive attitude.

EXPERIENCE:        

Solid experience in a pre-sales environment with at least 2 years at a function ownership level

Consulting / client services / business partnering approach

Digital marketing / marketing technology background is preferred
