Senior Account Director - Denholm Associates

Denholm's client is a leading marketing agency with an impressive list of National and International clients.
The agency has continued to grow and develop and is now looking to expand its impressive team with a strategically important appointment of a senior client handling role initially at a Senior Account Director level, but with the potential to develop into a Client Services Director position.
It's essential that you have a proven track record of managing client relationships at a strategic level and your experience will have been gained within the agency environment.  You'll be responsible for the delivery of all output, adding strategic input to the accounts and directly line managing the client account team.
The agency works below the line so we welcome experience in Content Marketing, Direct Marketing, Design & Branding and Digital too. 
As Senior Account Director you'll be working as part of the Senior Management team to help shape the direction of the key accounts by supporting the new business process through strategic input.
You'll help to mentor, develop and provide clear direction to a team of Account Managers, Senior Account Managers and Account Directors and also take responsibility for the strategic direction, growth and management of the accounts.
You'll be confident with forecasting, budgeting and resource allocation and will be accountable for the P&L performance of the team you manage. You will be equally comfortable preparing and researching client proposals and writing creative briefs, presenting work to clients and taking feedback constructively.

We're looking for excellent communication skills and the ability to develop lasting client relationships. This means you'll be focused on leading a team to deliver award-winning creative communications campaigns that will exceed all expectations and keep the clients excited, loyal and satisfied. You will be responsible for maintaining and improving client satisfaction scores.

We're looking for someone with particularly strong leadership and management skills with a solid agency background, who is ideally degree or CIM educated (or similar marketing qualification).
