Cathedral Appointments are looking for a Senior Account Manager for a fantastic Exeter-based business. Our client has experienced significant expansion in recent years, and excellent client experience is vital for continued growth. As a Senior Account Manager, you will nurture existing relationships and spot opportunities for development and growth. You will need great communication skills both written and verbal for this role as you will be contributing to important negotiations.
Be the primary point of contract for all client requirements
Take ownership of contractual relationships with existing clients and oversee all billing for each account
Nurture relationships with stakeholders at all levels
Manage expectations and oversee the delivery of projects
Contribute to pitches, proposals and presentations to expand accounts
Ensure that pricing incorporated into any quote is commercially viable
Respond to all client queries in a timely manner
A strong background in client engagement and relationship development
Exposure dealing with small, medium and large organisations
A confident communicator who is comfortable presenting to internal and external contacts
Highly organised and able to manage workload
Results-driven, always looking for the solution and able to see the big picture
Experience of working within a data driven or cyber security driven agency setting or industry sector is highly desirable
