This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic person to join an ambitious and growing international law firm as a Senior Business Development Executive.
The role is primarily about creating and helping to drive growth and enhance the reputation within a Sector or a number of Practices. The role will entail working closely with the Sector and Practice leaders as well as the BD Team to develop new relationships, help broaden and deepen client relationships, develop new propositions and drive the success of pitches including document development, coaching and participation. The Senior Business Development Executive will also develop and drive sales campaigns that, in the course of the year, build the firm's relationships with buyers of legal services, both new and existing, and contribute to achieving a well above average success rate in the number of bids in which the firm participates.
The successful applicant will have a demonstrable track record of sales success preferably in a business to business environment and experience of a team-based model of business development, working with specialists to identify client needs and taking responsibility for driving completion of processes. The role would suit an ambitious individual who is able to succeed in a challenging environment with multiple stakeholders while maintaining focus on core priorities. The Senior Business Development Executive will also be a motivated, confident and highly energetic team player with natural enthusiasm for business development and sales and will combine the ability to learn quickly with strong presentation and facilitation skills.
