An opportunity has arisen to join the Business Development team of a specialist, London based law firm. As a Senior Business Development Executive, your focus will be on providing support to Real Estate Partners and Fee Earners in the development and implementation of the firm's business development strategy.
In this role you will support the Head of Business Development & Marketing in driving forward the implementation of group and individual business development and marketing plans and service marketing plans and monitor and report on progress. The Senior Business Development Executive will support major client pitches, researching, collating information, formatting documents and proofing and, in addition, run smaller pitches, managing the pitch process from inception to presentation and upgrade all pitch collateral and maintain and develop libraries of standard information. From an events perspective, you will be expected to proactively manage the firm's programme of client seminars, conferences, client events and social events, including liaising with the appropriate partner or fee earner, event planning, execution of the event and collating and reporting on feedback to measure return on investment and inform future event decisions. You will also be responsible for supporting and helping to drive both internal and external communications.
You must have previous experience of business development within a professional services firm, ideally with some knowledge of the Real Estate sector. An energetic, self-motivated team player, you will have excellent IT, organisational and communication skills and be both accurate and thorough. It is essential that the Senior Business Development Executive is able to remain calm whilst working under pressure and possess both the confidence to interact with people at all levels of the firm and ability to build productive relationships.
