Fantastic new SBM position in central London. Newly created role at an established FMCG business with a recent injection of investment driving growth. Looking after a core £80m brand, decent budgets, lots of TV/ATL and exciting campaigns, all in the context of major expansion. Great opportunity for a Senior Brand Manager looking to take on a bigger role.

Reporting into the Commercial Director you will develop the brand both in the UK and internationally, growing market share and leading a core part of the business. Responsibilities include:

  • Brand planning - short and long term strategy
  • Marketing activity plan - development and execution
  • NPD and launches
  • Digital planning and management
  • Web and ecommerce strategy management and development
  • Market research, tracking and analysis with recommendations
  • Collaborating with Category and Sales for planning across channels
  • Building relationships with retailers
  • Agency management
  • Artwork and design management
  • Maintaining best practice

You must have FMCG brand management experience, ideally in the food and drink space and already at SBM level, plus proven experience of managing and launching a TV ad campaign. You'll be a commercial marketer, with strong negotiation skills and the ability to drive market share. You'll also have a real 'can-do' attitude, not afraid to get hands-on and work under pressure to high standards.

This is a great opportunity to be part of a growing team in a newly formed and well supported role in the sort of central London location that's pretty rare for FMCG!
