Strong innovation skills and hands-on experience of developing and launching compelling new consumer brands are essential for this super role with a highly-regarded and innovative name in the premium drinks sector.  With ambitious targets to increase revenues substantially via innovation, your challenge is to deliver new NPD launches that will drive growth in both the on and off-trade with brand/product propositions that will tantalise an already motivated and inspired consumer base.  Working alongside the commercial and development teams, you will manage a portfolio of projects with both short and longer-term deliverables in a sector that is growing rapidly.  If you are looking for a new challenge, this is a super opportunity to showcase your creativity, commercial savvy and passion for innovation & packaging work, working with colleagues and agencies to deliver quick results!

Our Ideal Candidate

With a robust base of consumer brand experience, some of which will ideally have been gained in wines or spirits or a luxury sector, you will be passionate about NPD and consumers, immediately able to spot opportunities and use your understanding of consumer and shopper issues and drivers to come up with new ideas.  A self-starter, able to work under your own steam, you will be used to working in a dynamic business environment where timelines are tight, project schedules need close management and priorities change!

Strong influencing skills are key with the ability to manage different stakeholder agendas and secure buy-in from colleagues and managers across the business. Significant innovation and brand development experience is a must as is experience in market, competitor and consumer insight, marketing strategy and planning and brand building.  Candidates must also be commercially very savvy with strong financial acumen.
