Big time ‘foodie’ who loves brand & product innovation work needed NOW for this challenging role with one of the biggest names in the food industry; a global QSR power brand, operating in over 120 markets across the world and offering an exciting product range with huge appeal to a wide consumer base.  This is one of the top advertisers in the UK; a name that you will know well and a brand with ambitions to grow substantially over the next 5 years that is pioneering cutting-edge approaches to marketing.

In this key role, working within a high calibre unit within the marketing structure, you’ll report directly into the Innovation Director in a team that includes Technologists, NPD Managers and most importantly fellow food lovers.  Your remit will include helping to deliver a new ‘Menu Vision’ for the brand, setting an innovation direction that contemporises the brand and fulfils changing consumer needs.  You’ll also play a key role in fuelling the 18 month innovation pipeline with a stream of on-trend, limited time product offers that create excitement for the Instagram generation!

On a day-to-day basis, you’ll be creating the big ideas, working cross-functionally with internal and external partners: innovation and research agencies, chefs, suppliers and colleagues across the business.  You will bring creativity, commerciality and consumer focus to the development process and be a key consultant for the marketing communications team as they deliver your ideas to market.
