In this key role, you’ll have full brand responsibility, using your skills, intellect and insight to develop compelling brand visions and strategies, leading innovation/concept development work and working with leading agency partners to develop A&P campaigns and digital assets with real impact. UK market focused but working in cooperation with regional and global teams, you will lead cross-functional teams to drive new initiatives in a business that is truly committed to moving forward at a pace and bringing in the highest calibre of people to support its growth. Our Ideal Candidate
Commercial savvy, curiosity, brand passion and a classic training in a leading FMCG or OTC environment is key for this challenging role. You will have gained broad exposure across the mix with a track record of driving brand growth via smart strategic thinking, innovative NPD initiatives and A&P and digital campaigns with real consumer impact. You will also have strengths in managing the innovation process from early stage ideation to concept/pack development to successful realisation in market. A real passion for marketing and brands goes without saying – we are looking for someone who can use their skills, energies and excellent communication skills to bring new ideas and add value to everything they look after, influencing cross-functionally and energizing teams across the business.
