Senior/Brand & Product Inventors
£60K-£100K + benefits + bonus
Transforming thinking, developing fresh ideas, spotting new opportunities – this leading global innovation consultancy seeks accomplished marketers and inspirational thinkers ideally with client-side and some consulting/agency experience but perhaps just on the client-side. Working with major global clients in FMCG, retail and service industries and helping them to take the non-linear leaps that can fundamentally disrupt their markets, we’re looking for people with proven track records of leading creative thinking, generating ideas and developing new products, services and business growth initiatives; people who can lead intellectually agile, super-creative teams.
Strong relationship building and commercial skills are key to these demanding roles: when not working on projects, senior people play a front-line role is selling projects and building deeper, stronger client relationships. Not a business that stands still, inventors at all levels will also be involved in building the internal knowledge bank to ensure innovation practices remain leading edge and will get involved in-project management of junior and future talent.
Our Ideal Candidate
With a passion for coming up with new ideas, curiosity about consumers and the ability to work closely with senior client teams, you will almost certainly have been gained in a management or brand consulting or brand management role, working on consumer goods, retail or service based innovation initiatives. You will be highly intelligent, evidenced by exceptional academics, credible, persuasive and commercially savvy with strong facilitation skills – able to take others with you and inspire them to stretch their minds and spot significant business growth opportunities. And aside from all this, you’ll also be:
