Joining a business that's in the middle of a brand revolution, with a plan to become disruptive to the status-quo and re-align the business to become principally digital, your role as the Senior Brand Strategy Manager will be to provide the thinking behind their vision. To help create a master brand strategy that helps the business achieve its end ambition.
Your role will have the reach, influence, control and voice to have its necessary impact. Creating the story which successfully influences across departments to get the business behind changes which help realise the brand vision, whilst also developing new capabilities, propositions and services which help realise the brand vision and deliver the appropriate experience which takes the business on its journey to become one of the UK's best loved brands.
Naturally your strategy will be have the customer at its centre, and by that, be working with insight to help shape your thoughts and plans in how this business will reinvent itself in the consumer's eye, making the brand recognised as a 'digital disruptor' in an industry where some have tried, but ultimately fallen short of realising this ambition.

In that, also going that one step further than their competitors in order to stand out, and have really been delivering some impressive results because of this too. This is a strategy role, looking after a complex brand portfolio and its architecture - where you're going to see results and your work having a real impact - not just on the brand and business, but also consumer perception, helping to realise the vision of becoming one of the UK's best loved consumer brands.
Their industry is principally consumer facing and is service based (so think things like telecoms and finance, for example). Succeeding in galvanising propositions teams, customer operations functions, retail channels and digital service teams behind your brand plan, and being able to articulate that story successfully in ways they can engage with, enthuses and inspires people; challenging them to translate it into new services and meaningful experiences for customers which help really move that brand score needle; and you will have the mandate and influence in this role to make it a success!

Remuneration: £56,000 to £73,000 (this includes the car allowance. Salary is based on experience)
