Senior Campaign Insights Analyst - Multichannel

** Digital Marketing & Advertising Agency **

  • Technical, campaign insights analyst role with modelling
  • Working with data from TV, radio and social media channels, as well as classic customer, transactional, market research and launch data
  • Working as part of established analytics team on global account

We are searching for an experienced marketing analytics specialist to join this well-established global digital marketing and advertising agency.

The agency works with one singular client designing all their campaigns, media planning & buying creative, website management and database marketing.

The main focus of the role is to perform strategic deep dive campaign analysis, looking at how campaigns across multiple channels have performed (click through rates on Facebook for example) and in turn providing actionable insights for improvements to key stakeholders. You also need experience with propensity modelling in order to further CRM campaigns, from acquisition through to repurchase including insight based campaign targeting strategy.

You should be passionate about how consumers behave, looking to understand how they consumer advertising and what are the best ways to measure campaign performance?

This role offers anyone looking to shape a career in analytics the chance to diversify their skills working with multiple data sources, learn new technologies (especially within digital) and to drive the use of analytics for a global client.

Another huge selling point of this role is the opportunity to learn Adobe Analytics (Omniture), the market's leading web analytics tool - this will add huge value to any data marketer's profile.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED/RESPONSIBILITES

  • Educated to degree level in a numerate subject
  • Proven experience of delivering campaign analysis / digital analytics / customer insights ideally from a media or marketing background
  • Experience in working with SAS for data manipulation and modelling
  • Skills in building propensity modelling are essential
  • Highly proficient in Excel
  • Team player, flexible enough to cope with unexpected situations
  • Excellent problem solving skills and meticulous attention to detail
