As the Senior Insight Analyst, you will be taking lead across multiple projects at any one time, and be owner of the stakeholder relationships from definition of the business challenge and need for insight, right through to the delivery back of actionable insight and recommendations.
On top of this, as a highly skilled and experienced analyst, you will; be leaned upon to support in the technical development of more junior analysts within the team too. Perhaps leading on the more complex issues, as well as leading the internal stakeholder relationships too.
You will be part of a team of 8 within this specific team, but will be part make up part of a much larger analysis and insight team of 30+, and a customer value, CRM, econometrics, insight and analytics team of circa 100+.
This is a new role within the team, born from the need to offer a career and development path for individuals who are technically astute, but who aren't specifically looking for the route into line management just yet.
Business engagement will also be a big part of your remit here, satisfying the business' thirst for actionable insight, delivered in a compelling and meaningful way. So it's important you have the appropriate presentation and engagement skills to explain the technical intricacies of your work and findings in simple ways.
Being a senior voice within the team and someone seen as something of a technical expert in all things analytics - you will also be looked toward for a valid opinion on where the analytics industry is moving, the various tools and the evolving benefits each could potentially provide in the company's pursuit of excellence in this area.
