About YOU: You are an established creative with an award-winning portfolio and a powerful desire to create 'out of the box' concepts and ideas.

As a hands-on leader, you'll be evangelical about the power of creativity, well versed in the best creative work out there and hungry and determined to better it. You'll be imaginative and resourceful with a voracious interest in all kinds of creativity and a proven track record of developing 'big ideas' that connect with people and deliver results for clients.

You'll also be passionate about mentoring, developing talent and championing an agency culture that actively encourages collaboration to allow all kinds of creativity to flourish.

Your personality and approach will set the tone for the creative team, so you'll need bags of energy and enthusiasm, be a confident presenter when selling your ideas to peers and clients.

With limited input from the Design Director you lead the team demonstrating exceptional

creativity, intellect, strategic thinking and effectiveness to problem solving.

Ability to deliver creative big ideas that live across multiple consumer touch points from

packaging to advertising and digital activation's

You have a thorough understanding of what the client services team are tasked with delivering,

and an understanding of the strategic needs of the client.

You will act as a formal mentor to colleagues within the creative team, approaching the role with

vigour and actively contributing to the well being of these individuals.
