This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading construction consultancy as their Senior Marketing and Communications Manager who will be responsible for the positioning, promotion and protection of the firm's brand.
Reporting to the Director of Marketing and Communications and advising the board on all marketing communications activity, the role holder will be engaged in a wide range of marketing and communications tasks. You will act as a marketing ambassador, working strategically to develop and deliver both an annual marketing strategy and plans and an integrated communications plan. You will work to raise the firm's profile and develop the brand, managing on line strategy, devising and evaluating internal communications campaigns and assisting with the design and management of all marketing collateral ensuring adherence to brand guidelines at all times. The Senior Marketing and Communications Manager will be expected to stay abreast of market developments and undertake research to provide relevant insights and analysis to the business and will also provide support for key strategic bids and assist the business unit with the development and implementation of CRM.
The ideal candidate will be bright with a good academic background allied to extensive broad strategic marketing and communications experience gained in a professional services firm to include the creation and execution of sector plans and integrated campaign plans and line management experience. Excellent writing skills are a given, while the ability to put your points across to a very senior internal audience and persuade and advise them is essential.
