Senior Marketing Executive - maternity cover contract, Leicestershire -
A growing company based just outside of Leicestershire are looking to bring in a Senior Marketing Executive on a nine-month maternity contract. Within the role you'll implement marketing activities and promotional campaigns, working in a team of five to support the Marketing Director with a broad range of responsibilities.
Although the initial contract is only for a nine-month period, there's plenty of scope for it to become a permanent position for the right candidate. With the company thriving and a new product being launched in January, this is an exciting opportunity to join an organisation that are a leading force in what they do.
You'll implement CRM tactics and initiatives where they're required and will be responsible for retaining and optimising UK and international customers through efficient campaign management. Email execution will be key, so previous exposure to email automation systems is desirable and will come in handy.
As a person, you'll need to have top communication skills to ensure that you and your colleagues are always on the same page and that projects are progressing as expected. Strong commercial awareness is also a bonus, along with having previously launched a product to the consumer market. However, they're hiring hugely on personality, and the ability to be flexible and adapt will be necessary in this fast-paced role.
