This is a fast-moving organisation, with an entrepreneurial, collaborative culture. You will be responsible for developing new comms channels and delivering impactful retention and acquisition campaigns to drive revenue and create a competitive advantage for this product vertical. Working cross-functionally and managing large marketing budgets you will liaise across the business to create and deliver game-changing marketing campaigns for this giant of a brand.
Successful candidates will be classically trained marketers with TTL experience - Ideally from global FMCG organisations - with proven experience of having led large-scale marketing campaigns ATL and BTL. Commercial acumen, analytical skills and results reporting will be second nature to you, and you will display exemplary stakeholder management and influencing skills.
You will have an outstanding strategic mind, be passionate about putting the consumer first. You will have gained experience in multichannel campaigns delivery, brand positioning, consumer segmentation and using consumer insight. Above all you will relish the opportunity to work within a fluid and rapidly changing market and business - able to adapt at speed and bring marketing rigour and processes to improve campaign delivery and ultimately drive revenue.
