Reporting to the Head of Savings, this is a key leadership role within a leading challenger brand.
The purpose of the role is to lead the management of the savings portfolio E2E, developing relationships with key sales and marketing teams, to maximise the growth and long term value generated within the Savings business across all channels.
The role influences all key commercial levers including Product and Service proposition, Pricing, Front line training, Target setting, Performance measurement, Customer comms, Customer processes / experience, Savings cross-sell and up-sell / additional deposits within the Online offering.
Includes short term improvements and design / roadmap / execution of longer term strategic developments.
