Senior Retail Consultant

CLIENT:

An established, yet constantly evolving CRM consultancy is looking to fill a pivotal role within the Consulting division. This role is being hired in as the "number 2" to the existing MD, with a view to succession in the future.

There is not set mold or profile needed for this role, just a range of experience from either agency and / or client side across the following disciplines:

Consultative approach / ability to manage stakeholder expectations effectively / strong relationship development capabilities
Taking CRM briefs from external clients / pitching for new business (NOT cold sales lead generation) / producing analytical briefs and briefing analytical teams
Strong project leadership and delivery experience / confident, pro active approach to achieving objectives / thinking creatively and innovatively
Ability to use or interpret complex customer data to drive actionable insights for clients / experience in presenting findings to external clients or internal stakeholders in an engaging way


SKILLS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

*Educated to degree level
*Extensive experience in a Retail or FMCG environment, either client side or within a service agency of Consulting environment with experience of managing large and complex clients
*A sound understanding of the application of data driven insight into retail decision making
*A demonstrable track record of people management, both in terms of line management and client delivery teams

POSITION - Senior Retail Consultant

LOCATION - South West London

SALARY - £60k - £80k depending plus excellent benefits & bonus
