Working with major clients in the FMCG, technology, financial and retail sectors, strategy managers construct clearly articulated growth strategies that deliver against commercial goals, taking these forward to develop innovative products, services and propositions, typically delivering concepts that are designed, commercialised and ready to launch.

Based in stylish offices in Central London, the company culture is dynamic, fresh, collaborative and open, with small teams working fast and smart to solve client challenges. The challenge for my client is how to build the team to deliver the increasing flow of client projects.
What are we looking for?
With a background gained on the client-side in an FMCG brand marketing, innovation or strategy role, and at least some experience in brand or business consulting, you’ll have a track record of delivering robust, commercially-grounded innovation projects and strategic initiatives. You will have strong analytical, strategic thinking and creative skills, a high-powered intellect evidenced by exceptional academics from a premier-league university and the creativity and inspiration to bring new concepts to life. Commercial savvy and a high level of numeracy is key; you’ll need to be able to spot trends in data, construct an outline business case and ‘flesh out’ the numbers in a strategic plan.
Strong influencing and communication skills are of course key with the gravitas to deal with C-suite stakeholders, the confidence to be a trusted advisor to clients and the commercial nous to propose and negotiate new business deals, sometimes needing to build a proposal from a blank sheet of paper. Over above all of the above, you’ll be curious, passionate about your work, upbeat and emotionally intelligent; someone who brings energy, drive and enthusiasm to every project, every day!
