Job Description
Responsible for increasing the value of RAC customers and prospects by managing the end to end campaign and reporting process for key business segments. 

Working in this highly visible position the successful individual will be facilitating the necessary production insight being generated, developing, planning and implementing future developments to the marketing and insight landscape and ultimately managing the data supply and improving the campaign process and infrastructure.



Role purpose
Working as part of the RAC Insight team; day to day activities will include:

-Creating / maintaining insights - turning the RAC data lakes into valuable actionable insight
-Developing reporting to support insight generated 
-Reviewing and analysing customer and telemetry data at a detailed level 
-Translating technical vehicle mechanical insights into meaningful data driven action 
-Providing recommendations to the business - enhance and refine our outputs
-Establishing great working relationships with external suppliers and with internal customers
-Supporting the migration and testing of SME data 
-Working with the CRM data manager ensuring that the right data is available at the right time 
-Ensuring that campaigns are built to be measurable and report on campaign and business performance
-Marketing & Campaign planning



Skills, Knowledge and qualifications
In order to be considered we are keen to speak with individuals possessing the following:

-Extensive data mining skills; able to interrogate data and draw intelligence/insight to inform marketing decisions
-Good understanding of customer lifecycle management
-Deep experience of driving customer insight from a range of sources
-Project management experience
-High level of organisation and planning skills in a fast paced environment
-Ability to explain complex solutions clearly to non-technical employees
-Advanced SQL and SSIS skills and knowledge of Salesforce.com & Silverpop
-Experience within a direct marketing or analytical environment
