A globally established and rapidly expanding membership body are seeking a Social Media & Community Manager to oversee the implementation of an international digital campaigns and strategy.

Acting as a key contact for internal and external community management and social media strategy, the Social Media & Community Manager will be a key contact in the company's digital transformation strategy. 

Requirements of the Social Media & Community Manager
  • Work with the global digital and marketing teams to put out engaging content across all social channels. 
  • Planning and coordinating content publishing and schedules across Twitter, LinkedIn and Youtube. 
  • Reporting and analysing on social media campaigns, working with the data analyst team on putting together marketing performance reports. 
  • Management of internal communications strategy to colleagues.
  • Ensure content guidelines and best practice is implemented across all social communications. 
  • Assist in training of junior staff on social media and digital practices. 
  • Managing the creation of social advocacy programmes, working with corporate partners.
  • Managing the expansion of social media audiences and new social channels. 
Requirements of the Social Media & Community Manager
  • A strong background in social media strategy management is a key requirement for the position. 
  • All applicants should be up to date with digital marketing and social media trends/communications. 
  • Strong copywriting skills is a key requirement.
  • Good knowledge of HTML is highly desirable.
