Job Title: Social Media Content Co-ordinator

Location: Reading

Salary: £18,000 - £20,000 per annum

An opportunity has arisen for a Social Media Content Co-ordinator.

About the Role:

Reporting to the E- Commerce Manager the main duties will be -

Content Planning & Creation

  • Working with the E-Commerce Manager to create and maintain a master content schedule for al online channels
  • Working with the E-Commerce Manager to forward plan web and online marketing content by researching trends and blending with commercial needs
  • Creating content from the promotional plan in conjunction with the Artwork team

o Logging of email campaigns - copy writing and planning

o Defining and logging homepage assets

o Creating new categories

  • Seasonal and new collections

o Creating new landing pages - copy and design

Website & Product Maintenance

  • Writing product copy for new jewellery

o Bespoke copy for nationals and exclusive products

  • Uploading new products to the website
  • Creating new products attributes and filters

Social Media

  • Planning, briefing and implementing social media posts in line with the promotional plan

o Facebook daily posting to all three brand pages - 21 posts per week

o Twitter daily posting to all three brand pages - 21 posts per week

o Instagram posing to all three brand pages - 2-3 per brand per week

  • Managing the customer service side of social media.

o Responding to Facebook messages and Twitter DM's

  • Distributing social content to retailers - usually 5 per week
  • Fortnightly distribution of social content to International retailers
  • Social media competitions

o Facebook competitions monthly on each brand

o Setting up terms and conditions

o Using Agora Pulse to select winners - announcing winners and organising prizes

The key requirements for this role are:

  • A degree in Marketing or Fashion would be desirable
  • Extensive social media experience gained in a similar role
  • Strong copy writing skills
  • Some experience in email marketing
  • An interest in fashion is desirable
