We are currently recruiting for someone with an FMCG (or similar) background to bring an innovative flair and fresh ideas to the pharmaceutical industry in an exciting new position. This is a fantastic opportunity to become a 'leader' in the industry and drive different channels of customer engagement/segmentation. You will be joining a large global pharmaceutical company and will play a critical part in maximising their competitive edge by driving channel optimisation and customer experience.
This position offers you the opportunity to lead, support and coach your own direct team as well as working highly cross functionally to implement new innovative concepts of engaging with customers more effectively. You will also be working closely with analytics to identify areas of improvement and analyse customer needs/engagement preferences to be able to make effective recommendations to the company.

To be successful, you will have had experience in an FMCG (or similar) setting with a comprehensive understanding of customer journeys (online and offline); including how they are integrated, measured and demonstrate a ROI. Digital experience, including digital analytics, is essential.
