This agency is a specialist communications agency with offices across the UK. They work with a number of the UK's biggest retailers and many of the world's leading consumer brands delivering content across all channels.
With a team of experts in every field, they cover content strategy, content creation, content management and content distribution. They have specialists in the areas of photography, creative, digital, packaging, asset management and pre media production and global distribution.
They currently have an opportunity for a Studio Manager to join their Leeds team.
As Studio Manager, you'll be responsible for managing the Photographic Studio, which will include managing Photographers (both freelance and the full time team), Stylists, Set Builders and Stylists. You'll allocated the work accordingly and accurately record the planning and allocation of resources
What We're Looking For:
You'll be super organised and will maintain a safe and orderly studio environment with a high level of process and organisation.
Working closely with the Head of Production you'll act as quality control for the standard of project planning, photographic and set build briefs which will be given by the Producers and Client Services team.
Working and communicating with the other office Studio Managers and Production team you will maximise the efficient use of in-house resources across all sites.
With strong negotiating skills, you'll liaise with suppliers to negotiate competitive rates on studio consumables.
We're looking for someone from an agency background, who is used to working under tight deadline restraints and thrives under pressure to produce top quality work.
