An international law firm is searching for an experienced Communications Assistant who is available immediately to join a creative team on a temporary basis. The role holder will provide high quality, proactive support to the Communications and Content team. This role is initially for a month but is likely to extend beyond that on a rolling monthly basis.

Working closely with a PR Executive, PR Manager and the Head of Communications and Content, you will support external and internal communications activity through the production of high quality, high impact content that reflects the firm's brand and deepens the firm's relationships with clients. The communications team is small, close knit and supportive. The work will be fast paced and varied, so The Temporary Communications Assistant will be turning their hand to writing, traditional and social media monitoring, activity planning and internal news sharing, as well as day to day duties such as recording media coverage and reporting activity. You will also manage the awards process, including co-ordinating submissions, ceremony organisation and tracking and sharing successes; liaise with key stakeholders on award ceremony organisation; and support on press events and develop a plan for effective follow up.

A successful candidate will have at least 1 year's communications experience gained preferably in the professional services sector. The Communications Assistant will be an enthusiastic and tenacious team player with excellent communication and organisation skills and must enjoy juggling multiple projects whilst working under pressure to tight deadlines.
