A leading consumer brand is seeking a Trade Marketing Manager to join their team in Newport Pagnell. With outstanding knowledge of strategic brand management, the Trade Marketing Manager will understand the customer journey and their behaviour. With experience managing a team, the Trade Marketing Manager will be an incredible communicator, comfortable in dealing with a number of vital stakeholders across the business. Happy to work in a fast-paced and varied environment, the Trade Marketing Manager will come from a consumer background, and have experience working with a tangible product.
Owning the brand strategy end-to-end, you will implement all marketing collateral nationally, ensuring it is in-line with the fastidious brand requirements. Designing and running the annual plan for the company, you will have a deep understanding of each product line, and aim at continuously improving the brand equity. Knowing your competitors, you will build and flourish vital relationships with retailers, and ensure that they are fully equipped with the materials to maximise sales, including year-round and seasonal promotions. Being an exceptional communicator, you will liaise cross-functionally with all areas of the business to align your activity with the brand vision, and consistently identify new areas for the brand to explore.
