This is not your stadard Communications Manager role. The team is seven years into a ten year project, so dealines and budget are immovable and must be met. This is one of the biggest ERP roll outs ever across the globe and your audience is in 80 countries. As there are very few people who have this level of experience, you will need to be able to demonstrate a tenacity and ability to learn quickly in order to stand you in good stead to work with world class change communications professionals. You will need to be a hugely organised and focussed comms PM with a real love of the digital space and how it can help get the right message, to the right person through the right channel at the right time.
You will be responsible for using ERP communication methodology, toolkit and templates to engage stakeholders and deliver end user communications to support global ERP roll-out. The specific project you will be working on will be defining the communication strategy and approach for the roll out of 3 new expense management mobile applications, in conjunction with changes to the global travel and expense policy. You will be a proficient corporate change communication professional that works well at both strategic and tactical level, with an analytical, digital mindset. Can convey complex or technical concepts into easy to digest communication Is strong on following process, building relationships Spends time to understand complexity in order to communicate it well With previous experience in ERP (or equivalent SAP) global roll-outs
