This company have been a UK leader in their field for over 20 years and have worked with some of the largest companies and public sector organisations in the UK, as well as providing their service to tens of thousands of individuals. Based in the outskirts of Leeds in beautiful surroundings they employ over 150 people across the business.

Due to They are currently looking for a UX Designer to join their team.

Job Description:

As UX Designer you'll be responsible for defining interaction models, user task flows and UI specifications. You'll develop, document and maintain design wireframes, mock ups and specifications as required.

With an understanding of accessibility and usability concerns, you'll produce websites and web application user interfaces

What We're Looking For:

You'll have experience in conceiving and conducting user research, interviews and surveys, along with the ability to communicate ideas to senior members of the team and other stakeholders.

Working with Product Owners, you'll plan and design product user interface experience for all application development.

Key skills will include wireframing components, pages and applications, communicating UX concepts and scenarios and running user testing sessions effectively.

You must be proficient in wire-framing software such as Axure, InVision, UXPin and Balsamiq. In addition Photoshop, Illustrator, Google Analytics and desirable skills include HTML, CSS and JavaScript.

It is essential for you to have carried out A/B and redirect testing, analysed results and implemented improvements.
